PAYMENT METHODS
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
We accept all major credit cards and prepaid cards. For payment by credit card we use the secure SSL system: upon confirmation of the order, the credit card data will be transferred to the card manager, via a secure encrypted connection SSL (Secure Socket Layer), for authorization and debit . A safe and risk-free procedure that protects the customer from any possible abuse. We remind you that, thanks to this system, VINKA SRL does not display the credit card number of its customers in any way. VINKA SRL reserves the right to ask the customer for additional information or to send copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. If the customer does not provide this information, VINKA SRL reserves the right not to accept the purchase order.
PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL
We accept all major credit cards and prepaid cards registered on the PayPal circuit. The customer's financial data will not be shared with VINKA SRL but will be managed directly by PayPal. In case of cancellation of the order (both by the customer and by VINKA SRL) the amount will be credited to the PayPal account. VINKA SRL will not be responsible for delays or damages caused during the reimbursement phase.
PAYMENT ON DELIVERY - ON DELIVERY
We provide cash payment to the courier upon delivery. This payment method is only permitted in Italy, for orders of less than €251.00 and requires a surcharge of €5.00.
SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS
SHIPPING €4.99
Delivery costs are explicitly highlighted at the time of placing the order. Some promotions may offer discounts equal to the shipping costs for orders exceeding a certain value determined by the offer itself. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document; that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping). Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately notified, subject to WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the procedures set out in this document. In the event of failure to collect the material in storage at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.
DELIVERY TIME
In Italy delivery within 3 working days. In Europe and the rest of the world within 15 working days. No responsibility can be attributed to VINKA SRL in the event of a delay in the delivery of the order by the couriers. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.30. For orders placed over the weekend, the shipment will be processed the following Monday.
TERMS OF SALE
PREMISE
The following text ("general conditions of sale") governs the methods and conditions of sale of the products marketed by VINKA SRL (the "products"). All contracts for the sale of products by VINKA SRL to third parties (the "customers") are governed by these General Conditions, which form an integral and substantial part of each proposal, order and order confirmation for the purchase of the products themselves . The conditions of sale applicable to the order are those in force on the date of the order. Any modification relating to operations or payment conditions that may be granted in derogation from the General Conditions will be valid only if VINKA SRL has accepted said condition in writing. The General Conditions apply to all Customers, except for certain provisions applicable exclusively to the Consumer Customer (by "Consumer Customer" we mean a natural person who purchases the products for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out); it is assumed that the Customer who sends a purchase proposal by entering his VAT number in the area relating to the Customer's personal data is not a "Consumer Customer". Furthermore, articles from 50 to 63 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. VINKA SRL may modify, at any time and without notice, the content of the General Conditions referred to in this document: these modifications will take effect from the date of publication on the Site.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
The order sent by the customer has the value of a contractual proposal and implies complete knowledge and full acceptance of these General Conditions. The correct receipt of the Customer's proposal is confirmed by Oliviero Firenze through an automatic reply sent to the Customer's e-mail address. This automatic email only confirms the correct receipt of the proposal. The confirmation message will indicate the 'Order Number', to be used in any subsequent communication with Oliviero Firenze. Each order is visible to the Customer in their personal area of the Site. As soon as the order is processed, the data contained within the personal area will be updated. Each Purchase Contract stipulated between Oliviero Firenze and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Oliviero Firenze. Oliviero Firenze has the right to accept or not, at its discretion, the order sent by the Customer, without the latter being able to make claims or rights of any kind, in any capacity, including compensation, in case of non-acceptance of the order itself . The order is considered accepted by Oliviero Firenze if, within 48 hours of sending the order, the Customer does not receive any other communications. In the event of non-acceptance, Oliviero Firenze will notify the customer by e-mail. By sending the order, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the General and Payment Conditions described below.
PRICES - CURRENCY - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All product prices are clearly indicated on VINKA SRL and are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. For each order placed, VINKA SRL issues a receipt for the shipped material, sending it by e-mail to the order holder. The prices and availability of the products listed on the Site are subject to change at any time and without notice, it being understood that, limited to orders being accepted or already accepted by VINKA SRL, the conditions of sale in force at the time of sending of the order by the Customer. The availability indicated in the product sheets is not updated in real time; in the event that numerous accesses to the site should occur, the actual availability of individual products may vary significantly during the same day with respect to the indications given on the Site. By virtue of these variables, VINKA SRL therefore does not guarantee the certainty of immediate fulfillment of the delivery of the products purchased and indicated as available on the Site and therefore it will in no case be responsible for any delays in delivery. If the delivery times of the ordered product are delayed with respect to the delivery times indicated on the Site before the order is placed, VINKA SRL undertakes to promptly notify the customer via an e-mail message. Until the moment of shipment, the customer has the right to cancel the order or modify it, exclusively by following the procedures indicated in his personal area. The cost of each shipment, the amount of which may vary according to the delivery and payment method as well as the country of destination and the total amount of the order, is added to the total price of each purchase and is clearly indicated and communicated to the Customer before the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement, within the Site. The visual representation of the products on the Site, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image of the products themselves and has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale, without any guarantee or commitment on the part of VINKA SRL regarding the exact correspondence of the image depicted on the Site with the real product (with particular reference to the actual dimensions and/or chromatic aspects of the products).

RISK-FREE PAYMENTS Any type of payment on VINKA SRL is risk-free. Whether you choose cash on delivery (with a small surcharge for cash on delivery) or decide to pay by credit card or paypal (at no additional cost), your data will always travel on secure and encrypted servers.
NEW AND ORIGINAL PRODUCTS
OLIVIERO CALZATURE SRL sells exclusively new and original products. For the brands marketed, VINKA SRL is an authorized reseller.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vinka S.r.l. | Headquarters: Via Ilaria Alpi, 26 – 50038 Scarperia e S. Piero (FI) | Tel: 055 8498586 – Email: shop@olivierofirenze.it | P. VAT: IT02453930972 – Rea: FI – 668592) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration (for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs deriving from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery from offered to us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. Please return the goods or hand them over to us or to Vinka S.r.l. | Headquarters: Via Ilaria Alpi, 26 – 50038 Scarperia and S. Piero (FI) | Tel: 055 8498586 – Email: shop@olivierofirenze.it, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The costs of returning the goods will be at our expense. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The shipment, until arrival in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer, moreover, VINKA SRL is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments. Parcels on delivery or carriage forward will not be collected under any circumstances.
Please note: customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the return.
REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at VINKA SRL and the items have been checked.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used.
For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

JURISDICTION
The Purchase Agreement between the Customer and VINKA SRL is understood to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For any controversy the Court of Florence will be competent.
PRIVACY
VINKA SRL reserves the right to use personal data, provided voluntarily by Users, in compliance with current regulations (Article 13 and subsequent Legislative Decree 196/2003). VINKA SRL guarantees users that the processing of personal data will be reserved for uses strictly connected and correlated to the provision of its services, to the facilitation of site management and order fulfillment.
The data voluntarily provided by Users will in no case be communicated or disclosed to third parties.
In case of payment by credit card, the essential information for the execution of the transaction (credit/debit card number, expiry date, security code) will be sent to the entity in charge of the treatment.
However, this information will never be viewed or stored by the Seller.
However VINKA SRL cannot guarantee its users that the measures adopted for the security of the site and the transmission of data and information on the site are able to limit or exclude any risk of unauthorized access or loss of data by devices pertaining to the user. For this reason, we suggest that site users make sure that their computer is equipped with suitable software for the protection of data transmission over the network (for example, updated antivirus) and that their Internet provider has adopted suitable measures for transmission security. of data on the network.
