Refund policy
The refund will be made as soon as the return is returned to our office and the items are verified.
- For Credit Card orders, the refunded amount will be available in approximately 10 days, and will still be visible on the next credit card statement. The timeline may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit of the Credit Card used.
- For orders placed with Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account, the refund is immediate.
- For orders placed with payment on delivery, it will be necessary to contact customer service by sending an email to shop@olivierofirenze.it or by calling +39 320 6017140, to agree on the preferred method of refund (either via Paypal or via Bank Transfer)
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in amount due to exchange rate fluctuation cannot be refunded.
