Shipping policy
VINKA SRL, for purchases made from Italy, guarantees delivery within 24/48 working days from receipt of payment.
In Europe and the rest of the world, delivery will take place within 15 working days.
No responsibility can be attributed to VINKA SRL in the event of a delay in the delivery of the order by the couriers. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.30. For orders placed over the weekend, the shipment will be processed the following Monday.
After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details of your purchase.
Furthermore, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive another email containing the identification code useful for tracking the package.

N.B. When entering the data for the shipment, be careful to add the correct street number and the name on the intercom. Also add other details that may be of help to the courier (staircase, interior, etc.), for delivery purposes.
Delivery costs are explicitly highlighted at the time of placing the order. Some promotions may offer discounts equal to the shipping costs for orders exceeding a certain value determined by the offer itself. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping). Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately notified, subject to WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the methods provided. In the event of failure to collect the material in storage at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.
